While we do not diagnose conditions or replace medical or mental health care, the work is practical, applied, and rooted in clinical nutrition, physiology, and nervous system science. When something falls outside our scope, we provide clear guidance and referrals.

  • Very little. Weekly lessons are 5–12 minutes, and each week focuses on one primary habit or adjustment. This program is intentionally designed for women with full schedules and high cognitive load.

  • Most clients have. Those approaches often help in isolation but don’t address the full system. This method integrates nervous system regulation, nutrition, digestion, behaviour, and structure into one cohesive pathway — which is why it works when fragmented solutions haven’t.

  • Yes, within a safe, ethical scope. While the core structure is standardized, you’ll receive individualized guidance during phase-end 1:1 sessions, personalized recommendations, and education tailored to your patterns, symptoms, and stress responses.
