The Burnout Recovery Method™ is a practitioner-led health education and coaching program. While we do not diagnose conditions or replace medical or mental health care, the work is practical, applied, and rooted in clinical nutrition, physiology, and nervous system science. When something falls outside our scope, we provide clear guidance and referrals.
